We were scheduled to play at The Kings Head Hotel on Friday the 30th of July (tomorrow) but due to lockdown that has been rescheduled to Friday August 13th from 6.30 – 9.30 pm, 357 King William St, Adelaide.
Come along as we play our new originals as well as some old favourites for an intimate evening of blues music in the front bar of this venerable old venue.
It’ll be a fun night as we celebrate restarting live music performances yet again.
Well that was a heap of fun. The TinMen and The Geezers put on a great show at Charles Melton Wines and the day was a cracker.
The food and wine were fantastic and the company was in excellent form.
Below you’ll find the recordings of the songs played by The TinMen – Set One in Porch Sittin’ mode and Set Two in Stand And Deliver setting.
Then, we have the inimitable Geezers, without whom none of this would have been possible.
The TinMen’s next gig:
17/6/21 – The Gumbo Room at The Governor Hindmarsh – 8:00 pm – 9:45 pm
Please share with your friends and if you have photos you’d like to share you can send them to us or post them to the TinMen facebook page. Hope we see you at a gig soon.

Easter Monday was the occasion for a group of friends of The TinMen to congregate and take part in a musical experience followed by a shared barbecue under the clear sunny skies on the Sly’s porch.
There were various combinations of musical groupings and the resulting tunes are gathered on this page for you to enjoy.
Firstly The TinMen presented what will be the essence of our first set at “Good Time Charlie’s Got The Blues” at Charles Melton Wines on 17/4 at 4:30 pm – as follows:
St James InfirmaryThe LocomotionStormy Monday BluesWillie And The Hand JiveI’m Leaving YouLast Of My KindKeep It To YourselfMy BabeAll This Time On My Hands
Then followed a few tunes with The TinMen and guest musicians:

And finally while the BBQ chefs got to work Dave and his guests kept us entertained with some more sweet tunes:

All in all it was a great time and a good try out for some gentler tunes to kick off an afternoon gig in the Barossa in a couple of weeks. We’d love to hear what you think so please get in touch or share this page with whoever would like to hear it. Thanks.
